
Hi, I’m Paula, founder of Inner Hub.
I’m deeply passionate about helping others find peace, balance, and healing through breathwork and meditation.
My own healing journey has been a continuous process, and through these practices, I’ve discovered the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and breathwork in overcoming stress, navigating emotional challenges, and gaining clarity in life.
Over the years I have completed specialized trainings:

I am also a proud member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) with CPD accreditation.

Why I Do This Work
I don’t just teach these tools — I live by them. I know first-hand how overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating it can be to navigate life with chronic health challenges.
That personal experience shapes everything I offer.
